Aibatyorova Elmira Kayratkyzy

Born in 1992 in the Kyzylorda region. She graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (standardization, metrology and certification; standardization and certification), Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (economics), and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (public policy).

She began her professional career in 2013 as a procurement manager at TEF Management Group of Partners LLP. From 2014, she served as a specialist at JSC "National Center for Expertise and Certification" (NaCECS).

She has been in the civil service since 2016, serving as an expert in the Department of Construction Industry and Woodworking Industry of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where she worked until 2019.

2019-2021 — chief expert of the Department of Light Industry and Woodworking Industry of the Committee for Industrial Development of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2021 — risk manager at the Center for Digital Economy Development LLP.

2022-2026 — chief expert of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since April 2026, she has been appointed as the head of the State Control Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
