Biography
Born on June 24, 1978 in Semey, East Kazakhstan region
In 1995, he graduated from Kyzyl-Ukrainian secondary school.
He started his career in 1997 as an electrician at JSC RES. Higher education. He graduated from Karaganda state technical University with a degree in Economics and Finance.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked in May PTS-29 as a settlement accountant.
From 2001 to 2006, he worked in the May district Department of the Treasury as a chief specialist.
From 2006 to 2007, he worked in the Irtysh district Department of the Treasury as a Deputy head of the Department.
From 2007 to 2011, he worked in shygan Credit partnership LLP as the Chairman of the management Board.
From March 2011 to may 2011, he worked in the office of the district mayor as a chief specialist of the General Department.
Since may 2011, he has been working as the head of the Finance Department of the May district.
