Biography
Shakargaliev Askar Bolatovich was born on June 01, 1967 in the Belogorye state farm of Maysky district, Pavlodar region. Higher education. He graduated from the Kazakh state technical University in 1993 with a degree in electrical engineering.
He began his career as an electrical fitter for the repair of equipment RU, MRES. After that, he worked as an electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment at the Yermakovsky Ferroalloy plant. In 1998-2000, he worked as the head of energy sales at Maysky RES. In 2000-2002, Deputy sales Director of the May PES. In 2002-2007, head of the section "Energocenter" of JSC. In 2007-2008, he worked as an energy engineer for ORDA-Stroy LLP in Pavlodar.
