Sarsenbayev Alibek Aidarbekovich

Sarsenbayev Alibek Aidarbekovich was born on October 25, 1970 in the village of Shieli. Nationality Kazakh.

He has a higher education. He began his career in 1988 as a turner in the locomotive depot of Shieli district. In 1988-1990 he served in the army. 
In 1996 he graduated from Kyzylorda Agricultural College with a degree in accounting and economic analysis, in 2005 he graduated from Kyzylorda 
Academy "Seikhun" with a degree in ecology and nature management. In 1991-1996 he worked at the locomotive depot as a turner of the II category, 
as a loader of oil products of the II category, in 1996-1998 as a loader of oil products of DGP "Zheldorsnab", in 1998-1999 as a loader of oil 
products at TCh-34 Shieli station,In 1999 he worked as an inspector in the customs department of Kyzylorda region, in 1999-2000 he worked as 
an inspector at the customs post "Shieli". In 2012 he worked as an inspector at the mobile security post "Shieli", from May 4 to June 11, 
2012 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Motor Roads of Shieli district, from 
June 11 to October 3, 2012 - Deputy Akim of Shieli village. Since October 13, 2016 he has been the akim of Telikol rural district. Married.
