Biography
Suindik Dosmat Isakhaevich was born on September 12, 1966 in the village "Baigekum" of Shieli district of Kyzylorda region.
In 1984-1986 he served in the army in Ukraine as a sergeant. In 1987-1992 he graduated from the Kyzylorda Institute of Agro-Industrial Engineers,
Faculty of Hydromilization, in 2007 from the Almaty Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1992 to
August 14, 2012 he worked in the police.From September 2013 he worked as a teacher of the subject "Jurisprudence" in the non-governmental educational institution "Kazakh Humanitarian
Law and Technical College". Since September 19, 2014 he has been the akim of Tartogai rural district. He and his wife Aikhan raise 3 sons, 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
