Yerzhan Fayzolla Kalievich was born on January 12, 1968 in the village of N. Bekezhanov, Kerdeli rural district, Shieli district.
He began his career in 1985 as a worker on the collective farm of Communism.
In 1986-1988 he served in the army.
In 1988 he worked as a car mechanic on the collective farm "Communism".
In 1989 he worked as a driver in the Shieli district consumer union.
In 1990 he graduated from the Zhambyl Institute of Irrigation and Drainage Construction, in 1996 he graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering.
In 1993 he worked as a driver in the collective farm named after N. Bekezhanov, N. Bekezhanov village.
From 1997 to July 2013 he worked as a district police inspector in the Shieli district police department.
In 1999 he entered the Russian-Kazakhstan University of Modern Humanities, in 2001 he graduated with a degree in Law.
Retired on June 27, 2013 by the Order of the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Kyzylorda region of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 9109.
Since November 27, 2015 he has been the akim of Kerdeli rural district.
