Biography
Acting Director of the Department of Integration and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on February 6, 1974. He is a native of the Kyzylorda region. He graduated from the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education «Moscow Aviation Institute (State Technical University)» with a degree in engineering «Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks», Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian State University of Justice» with a degree in jurisprudence.
Until 2006, he worked in the Russian Federation.
From 03.15.2009 to 08.10.2009, he worked at Samruk - Kazyna Contract LLP as Director of the Department for Monitoring Kazakhstani Content and Long-term Contracts.
From 08.11.2009 to 30.06.2010, he worked at JSC «Kazakhstan Contract Agency» as a Member of the Management Board.
From 07.01.2010 to 03.14.2012, he worked as Deputy Director of the Contract Agency branch of JSC Main Dispatch Department of the Oil and Gas Industry.
From 04.17.2013 to 07.11.2014, he worked as Director of the Department, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC «National Agency for the Development of Local Content «NADLoC».
From July 2014 to February 2018, he worked in the private sector.
From 02.21.2018 to 11.29.2020, he worked as Executive Director of the Union of Manufacturing Industry.
From 11.30.2020 to 09.20.2021, he worked in the Eurasian Economic Commission as an Adviser to the Secretariat of a member of the Board (Minister) for Competition and Antimonopoly Regulation of the EEC and Head of the Policy Implementation Department in the field of public procurement.
From 09.21.2021 to 30.03.2023, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Union of Manufacturing Industry and Executive Director of the Union of Cable Manufacturers of Kazakhstan, member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (on EAEU issues), member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 04/03/2023 to 06/30/2024, he worked as an Assistant to a member of the Board (Minister) for Competition and Antimonopoly Regulation of the EEC and a member of the Board (Minister) for Economics and Financial Policy of the EEC.
