Sagyndykov Baglan Zhangalievich I was born on February 5, 1982 in the village of Akmaya, Shieli district, Kyzylorda region.
I have a high education. He graduated from the first department of agriculture of Kyzylorda Agro-Technical College in
1999-2002 with a degree in "Organizer of farms." From 2002 to 2004 he was drafted into the Internal Troops of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and served in the 75571 regiment.
He began his career in 2004 as a security guard at Delta O LLC in Kyzylorda. In 2005-2008 he graduated from the Kazakh National
Agrarian University in Almaty by correspondence with a degree in Management. In 2006-2009 he worked at the Kyzylorda branch of
Bank Center Credit JSC. Security Inspector of the Security Department, Director of the Representative Office of the Limited
Liability Company "Asker" in 2009-2011, Deputy Head of the Security Department, Head of the Security Department.
In 2013-2017 he worked as a site foreman and head of the site of operation and maintenance of facilities at the district public utility company
