Biography
Kokenova Zhansaya Tynybekovna was born on January 14, 1979 in Usharal of Alakol district of Almaty region. In 2000, she graduated from the Kazakh state Academy of management, faculty of Finance and credit with a degree in Economics.
She started her career in 2002 as a leading specialist in the Almaty regional Department of Finance. Since October 2, 2014, she worked as the head of the financial Department of the Alakol district. Since 10.09.2020, head of the Department of Economics and budget planning.
