Biography
Born on November 12, 1979, in Almaty (Kazakhstan). Graduated from the Kazakhstan State Law Academy in 2000, the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in 2004.
Started his diplomatic career as a specialist in the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000. In 2004, he was Third Secretary of the Department of Europe and America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2004 to 2006 he worked as the Third Secretary at the Kazakhstan Embassy in India.
In 2006-2009 he was the Third, Second Secretary of the Kazakhstan Embassy in Spain.
From 2009 to 2011 he worked as the First Secretary of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2012, was appointed Adviser to the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Samruk-Kazyna” National Welfare Fund.
In 2012-2014, he was Director of the Department of External Affairs and Business Development of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2015 he held the position of Counselor of the Kazakhstan Embassy in Spain.
In 2015-2019 was the head of the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Barcelona.
In 2019-2020, worked as Head of the Department of European CIS countries of the CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his appointment as Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Spain, since 2020 he was Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Policy and International Relations of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
