Was born on January 31, 1968 in the Akmola region.

Graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

1992 to 1993 - Assistant of the CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 1993 to 1995 - employee of the Akim's Office of Akmola region.

1995 to 1997 - Chairman of the Committee for Foreign Economic Relations of the Akmola region

1997 to 1998 - Head of the consular office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan in Astana.

1998 to 2000 - First Secretary of the State Protocol Department, Adviser to the Minister, Head of the Department of the Committee for CIS Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2000 to 2004 - First Secretary, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Lithuania.

From 2004 to 2005 - Director of the Department of Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2005 to 2008 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Germany.

2009 to 2011 - Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2011 to 2014 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Germany.

2014 to 2017 - Counselor-Minister of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Russia.

From 2017 to 2019 - Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in St. Petersburg.

2019 to 2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Malaysia.

2019 to 2021 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Brunei Darussalam concurrently.

On February 12, 2021, by the Decree of the Head of State, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia.

He is married with two children.
