Turisbekov N.T., born in 1985, a native of Taldykorgan, Zhetisu region.
He graduated in 2006 from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University with a degree in Finance and Credit, and in 2008 from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University of Law.
Career
