    Kuzbaev M.Zh., born in 1981, is a native of Sarykolsky District, Kostanay Region. He began his career in the prosecutor's office in 2003 as a chief specialist in the Department of Software and Technical Support of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay Region.
    He has held various positions in the prosecutor's office, including senior positions: Head of the Department for Supervision of Legality in Combating Extremism and Terrorism of the Department for Supervision of Legality in the Social and Economic Sphere of the Kostanay Region Prosecutor's Office (2014-2017), Deputy Head of the Department for Criminal Prosecution of the Kostanay Region Prosecutor's Office (2017-2019), Head of the Department for Special Prosecutors of the Kostanay Region Prosecutor's Office (2019-2020), and Prosecutor of the Uzunkol District of the Kostanay Region (2020-2022).
    Prior to this appointment, he served as a prosecutor in the Zhitikarins Prosecutor's Office.
