Abdrakhmanov Marat Shaykhslamovich

Abdrakhmanov Marat Shaykhslamovich was born on 03/04/1977 in the Kostanay region in the city of Arkalyk, Kazakh by nationality.

In 1994 he entered the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Altynsarin at the Faculty of Law. In 1996, he transferred to the 3rd class of the Kazakh State Law University in Almaty to the department of the judiciary and prosecutor’s faculty, which he graduated in 1998 majoring in law, qualified as a lawyer.
