Agibaev Nurzhan Orazbekovich

Born on January 1, 1980, in the village of Barshatas, Chubartau district, Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh by nationality. He has two higher educations, in 2000 he graduated from Semipalatinsk Institute named after Shakarima, majoring in economics and finance, graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University in 2003 with a degree in law.

He began his career in May 2001 as a security guard in Alka-Lombard LLP, Semipalatinsk, for two years from November 2002 to December 2004 he worked in the culture department of the Beskaragai district as a specialist, p.
