Ksenia Valeryevna Guz was born on October 25, 1990 in the village of Denisovka, Ordzhonikidze district, Kostanay region
From 2010 to 2013, she worked in the RSE "Center for Real Estate in Kostanay region"
From 2014 to 2016, she worked in the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of Denisovsky district" chief specialist
In 2016, she transferred as a chief specialist to the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Denisovsky district"
Since June 8, 2021, she has been appointed head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Denisovsky district
Responsibilities of the manager:
- Development and coordination of plans and projects for the development of urban development in the district.
- Organization and coordination of construction works in the area, including state and municipal facilities, housing construction, social infrastructure facilities, etc.
- Monitoring compliance with the norms and requirements of legislation in the field of architecture and construction, as well as the quality and timing of construction work.
- Preparation and approval of project documentation for the construction of facilities in the area, including land plots, buildings and structures.
- Work with land plots, including preparation of land plans and approval of projects for their use.
- Organizing and conducting expert reviews of projects and documentation in the field of architecture and construction.
- Assistance in the development of the district's infrastructure, including the road network, energy, water supply and sewerage.
- Work with various state and municipal authorities on urban development activities in the district.
- Control over the rational use of urban and suburban territories, including control over the development and use of land plots.
- Participation in the development and implementation of the district development strategy, including the development of architecture, urban planning and construction.
