Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to State of Israel
Biography
Born on December 24, 1970 in the South Kazakhstan region.
In 1993, Daulet Yemberdiyev graduated from the Kazakh National University named after Al Farabi.
In 2000, he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1993, Daulet Yemberdiyev joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his diplomatic career as a desk officer, attaché of the State Protocol Department of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.
Later, he held various positions as third secretary of the Consular Department, Second and First Secretary of the Bilateral Cooperation Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He served as Attaché, Third and Second Secretary at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan. Daulet Yemberdiyev also worked as First Secretary, Counsellor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Israel, and as Counsellor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Iran.
2008-2009 – Head of the Unit at the Foreign Policy Centre of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2009-2010 – Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP.
2010-2011 – Counsellor, Consul General of Kazakhstan in the city of Gorgan (Iran).
2011-2016 – Chargé d'affaires ad interim of Kazakhstan in Lebanon.
2016-2019 – Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan to the United Nations in New York.
2019-2020 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Kuwait.
2022-2024 - Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security.
On March 26, 2024 by the Decree of the President, Daulet Yemberdiyev was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Israel.
Ambassador Yemberdiyev holds a diplomatic rank Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the II class.
He speaks Arabic, English, Hebrew and Turkish.
He is married and has five children.
