Biography
Education: higher education. In 2008, he graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov with a degree in Law. In 2023, he studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Civil service experience: 14 years and 4 months.
Worked in the management team for 12 years. Over the years, he has held various positions in the public and private sectors. He worked in responsible positions in the field of architecture and construction, land relations, justice and other areas of the Mangystau region.
From March 26, 2026, according to the results of an internal competition, he was appointed head of the Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Mangystau district.
