Biography
Konakbayeva Kamshat Bakhtygalievna graduated from the Karakalpak state University named after Berdakh of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a degree in Economics.

2010-2013-chief economist of the sector of financing of healthcare institutions of the Kungrad district Finance Department, Takhiatash, Uzbekistan;
2015-2016 - head of the Aktau city Department of employment and social programs;
- 2017-2019-chief specialist of the budget Department Of the Department of Finance of the Mangistau region
On may 23, 2019, she was appointed head of the budget of the Department of Finance of the Mangistau region
