Biography
H.E. Mr. Madi Atamkulov was born in 1974 in the Almaty region.

In 2003 he started working in the diplomatic service as the first secretary of the CIS Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2014-2015 - Deputy Chief of Cabinet of the Senate for international affairs of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2015-2021 - Chief of Protocol of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2021- present - Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Serbia.
Mr. Madi Atamkulov has the diplomatic rank of the Minister Plenipotentiary First Class.
