Biography
Born on December 16, 1975 in Almaty.Graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, the Kazakh State Academy of Management, Said Business School of the University of Oxford.
She began her career as a consultant at the Kazakhstani branch of Price Waterhouse in 1998.
From 2003 to 2004, she worked as a Senior Tax Advisor at LUKOIL Overseas Services.
In 2004–2014, she was a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse. From 2014 to 2020, she held a Director position in the same company.
In 2020, she joined Deloitte TCF as a Partner.
In April 2021, she was appointed as a Managing Director of Economics and Finance of the National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
She was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP (2021-2022), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qazaq Air (2022-2023), Member of the Board of Directors of Kazatomprom JSC (2021-2023), Member of the Board of Directors of KTZ JSC (2022-2023).
In August 2023, appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In September 2024, she was appointed as Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in San Francisco, California, USA
Speaks fluent English.
Married, mother of four children.
