Uisenov Meken Mukhametovich

Uisenov Meken Mukhametovich was born on September 13, 1986, in the city of Aktau, Mangystau Region. He holds a higher education degree. In 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. I. Satpayev with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography. In 2022, he completed his studies at the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov with a degree in Law.
