Dzhumanova Dinara Turarbekovna, was born on March 9, 1975, in 2004 she graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University, majoring in finance and credit
She began her career in February 1997 in the state institution “Financial Department of the city of Semipalatinsk”.
From November 1997 to October 2009, she worked as the head of the office, chief economist, head of the coordination and analysis of the budget execution process at the financial institution Semipalatinsk.
From October 2009 to April 2010, a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the department of tax policy, forecasts and living standards in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the East Kazakhstan Region
Since March 2019, she has been appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the East Kazakhstan Region.
