Biography
He was born on November 08, 1983, a native of Kostanay region, Amangeldy district, Amangeldy village.
In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Jurisprudence and International Relations with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2019, he graduated from the Kazakh Automobile and Road Institute named after L.B. Goncharov with a degree in transport construction.
