K. Alpysbayuly was born in March 1994 in Kyzylorda.
Graduated in 2015 from the Ryskulov New University of Economics with a degree in finance.
He began his career in 2016 as a leading specialist in the Department "Center for Reception and Processing of Information of Individuals" of the Department of State Revenues in Kyzylorda.
