Biography
R. Zharkynbekuly was born on September 7, 1986, in the city of Kyzylorda.
He has a higher education; he graduated in 2005 from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in economics.
He began his professional career in 2007 as a chief specialist at the Department of Customs Control for the Kyzylorda Region.
06.2011–08.2017 — chief manager at “LLC Accord Okan” and “LLP TPK Alager”;
12.2017–06.2026 — chief specialist at the Department of State Revenues for the Kyzylorda Region.
06.2026 – present — Head of the Information Technology Department of the State Revenue Department for the Kyzylorda Region.
