Aliyeva Galiya Amerkhanovna

Born in 1972. Holds a higher education degree. Graduated from the Taldykorgan Law Institute with a specialization in Jurisprudence

She began her career in 1989. She has over 35 years of professional experience, including more than 18 years in the civil service within the fields of education and child rights protection. Her career path has taken her from roles as a law instructor and specialist to the position of head of the guardianship and trusteeship department. Over the years, she has worked for the Education Departments of the Almaty and Zhetysu regions, focusing on child rights protection, guardianship and trusteeship, educational programming, and special education.

Since May 2026, she has headed the guardianship and trusteeship department at the State Institution "Department for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Zhetysu Region".
