Biography
Born in 1983 in the Aktobe Region, holds higher education degrees.

Began his professional career in 2011 as an Expert at the State-Owned Legal Entities Division of the Asset Management Department of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2012 to 2014, he served as an Expert at the Development Institutions Division of the Asset Management Department of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2019, he worked as a Chief Expert at the Budget Program Implementation Monitoring Division and the Subordinate Organizations Performance Analysis Division of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2022, he served as Head of the Subordinate Organizations Performance Analysis Division of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2026, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 22 June 2026, he has been serving as Director of the Corporate Governance Department of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
