Kabyltaev Dias Damdinovich

Born in 1990; a native of the Naurzum District, Kostanay Region; Kazakh. Higher education. In 2011, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence. Single; raising one child.

He began his career in 2011 as a trainee operative in the criminal investigation unit of the Criminal Police Division at the Southern Police Department of the Kostanay City Internal Affairs Directorate. From November 17, 2011, to October 24, 2016, he served in the internal affairs agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay. From November 1, 2016, to January 31, 2020, he served as an assistant to the head of the "Rustem i K" farm enterprise in the Karasu District. From February 10, 2020, to May 28, 2021, he was the head of the monitoring service at "Nadezhdinka" LLP in the city of Tobyl. From June 1, 2021, to February 26, 2025, he operated as an individual entrepreneur (Dias Damdinovich Kabyltaev) in the city of Kostanay. From January 23, 2025, to April 4, 2025: Methodologist at the State Institution "Construction Department" of the Kostanay District Akimat, Tobyl. From April 7, 2025, to April 15, 2026: Head of a structural unit at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Kostanay District," Tobyl. From May 26, 2025, to April 14, 2026: Head of the Department for Terrorism Prevention, Civil Protection, and Mobilization Training at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Kostanay District," Tobyl. From April 15, 2026, to July 7, 2026: Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Inspection Department at the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Kostanay Region."

Manages the Akim’s staff and oversees both long-term and current work planning for the district Akim’s office. Ensures liaison with the district Maslikhat. Coordinates the activities of district departments, directorates, and institutions, as well as the staffs of village, settlement, and rural district Akims, regarding the monitoring of compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Presidential decrees, Government resolutions, decisions and directives of regional and district Akims, and resolutions of regional and district Akimats. Manages personnel matters and the reform of state bodies.
