He holds a higher education degree. In 2006, he graduated from D.A. Kunayev University with a degree in Law.

Employment History

He began his professional career on 5 January 2004 as a Chief Specialist of the Akim’s Office of the Kusak Rural District in the village of Koshkar, where he worked until 2 January 2005. From 1 August 2005 to 30 April 2009, he served as a Consultant at the Aktogay District Rural Information and Advisory Center of KazAgroMarketing JSC in the village of Aktogay. From 4 May 2009 to 29 December 2012, he worked as a Chief Specialist at the Aktogay District Department of Justice. From 17 January 2013 to 9 August 2013, he held the position of Head of the Operations Hall of Public Service Center No. 1 in Aktogay District. Subsequently, from 9 August 2013 to 27 September 2016, he served as the Akim (Mayor) of the Nurken Rural District. From 27 September 2016 to 11 January 2023, he worked as the First Deputy Chairman of the Aktogay District Branch of the Amanat Party. From 11 January 2023 to 11 October 2024, he served as the Chairman of the Aktogay District Branch of the Amanat Party. Since 11 October 2024, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of Aktogay District.
