Biography
Muksimov Salauat Syilybayevich was born in 1980, a native of Atyrau region.
He graduated from the Kazakh state law Academy, the Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Doctor of PhD in the profile "State and local government.
The total length of service in the civil service is more than 17 years.
He worked in the office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the Department of Internal Policy of the North Kazakhstan region.
Since 2015, he has been working in the authorized body in the field of public service. He held the positions of Chief Inspector, Head of the Department, Director of the Department of Anti– Corruption Policy of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti - Corruption, Head and Chairman of the Ethics Council of the Territorial Department for Kostanay and Atyrau regions, Director of the Department of Public Services, Department for de- bureaucratization of the state apparatus, assessment and Quality Control of public Services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service affairs.
On February 6, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
