Work experience:
1997-2007. – Worked as a doctor in medical organizations of Almaty, as well as was a teacher in the system of postgraduate education of doctors;

2009-2010 - Consultant of the investment project management center of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He supervised the development of the state health development program" salamatty Kazakhstan " and industry strategic documents;

2010-2012 – Director of the Strategic Development Department of JSC" National Medical Holding". He led the work on the development and implementation of strategic documents, the formation of a corporate governance system and the introduction of modern management tools in the medical organizations of the holding;

2012-2019 – Deputy Chairman of the management board of JSC" National Research Cardiac Surgery Center". Ensured the implementation of strategic development issues, the implementation of International JCI standards, international standards of scientific and clinical practice, quality and risk management systems;

2019-2026 – Deputy head of the Department of socio-economic policy of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He coordinated interdepartmental reforms, supervised issues of social policy, including health care, state audit, financial and economic regulation and sustainable development;
