Biography
Born October 8, 1975, in Ayaguz, East Kazakhstan Region.
Graduated from the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
She began her career in 1996 as a process engineer at the West Kazakhstan Railway in Uralsk.
From May 16, 2000 to June 26, 2003, she was a leading specialist at the Tax Committee for the East Kazakhstan Region.
From June 26, 2003 to December 21, 2005, he served as Chief Tax Inspector of the Tax Committee for the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 21, 2005 to October 16, 2008, he served as Head of the Department for the Administration of Non-Tax Non-Production Payments of the Tax Committee for the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 16, 2008, to November 1, 2010, he served as Head of the Departmental Control Department of the Tax Department for the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 1, 2010, to April 1, 2013, he served as Head of the Human Resources and Departmental Control Department of the Tax Department for the East Kazakhstan Region of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From April 1, 2013, to November 10, 2014, he served as Head of the Departmental Control Department of the Tax Department for the East Kazakhstan Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 10, 2014, to November 9, 2015, he served as Head of the Internal Investigations Department of the State Revenue Department for the East Kazakhstan Region of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 9, 2015 to March 7, 2017, he served as Head of the HR Department of the Human Resources Department of the Astana Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From March 7, 2017 to November 18, 2018, he served as Head of the Human Resources Department of the Astana Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 19, 2018 to March 31, 2026 – Head of the Human Resources Department of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
