Biography
Dyusembaev Darkhan Berdibekovich was born on November 29, 1988, in the village of Eginbulak, Kokpekti District, Abai Region.
In 2008, he graduated from the Semey Pedagogical College named after M. Auezov, in 2012 — from the Semey State Pedagogical Institute, and in 2019 — from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law Innovative University.
He began his professional career in 2008 as a teacher at the secondary school in the village of Uzynbulak, Kokpekti District.
From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a language inspector at the Department of Culture and Language Development of Kokpekti District. From 2011 to 2012, he served as a correspondent for the district newspaper “Zhuldyz – Novaya Zhizn” (“Star – New Life”).
From 2013 to 2014, he worked as Deputy Director – Editor of the same newspaper. From 2014 to 2015, he served as Director of the Municipal State Institution “Youth Center of Kokpekti District”.
From 2015 to 2024, he was Director and Editor-in-Chief of LLP “District Newspaper ‘Zhuldyz – Novaya Zhizn’”.
From September 24, 2024, he served as Head of the Akim’s Office of Kokpekti District.
Since March 2026, he has been appointed Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the city of Semey.
