Suindikov Nurdaulet Myktybekovich

Nurdaulet Myktybekovich Suindikov, born on June 26, 1980, is a native of the Turkestan region.

After graduating from high school, in 2000 he received higher education at the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Law.

In 2018-2020, he studied at the Moscow Financial and Industrial University "Synergy" under the program "MBA - Strategic Management", having received the qualification "Master of Business Administration".

Having completed the course of additional professional education at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, in 2021 he received a diploma of qualification in the field of public and municipal administration.

In 2022, he was awarded a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the Ural State Law University named after V.F. Yakovlev, specializing in International Law.

By the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2015, he was awarded the class rank of Senior Adviser to Justice.

He was awarded for exemplary performance of his official duties, impeccable work and contribution to strengthening law and order.:

- thanks and valuable gifts from the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- badge "Uzdigi Prosecutor's Office of the 1st degree";

- departmental medals "Minsiz kyzmeti ushin" of the II, III degree.

By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2013, he was awarded the state award "Yeren yenbegi ushin" medal.

He was awarded the jubilee medals "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Tauelsizdigine 20 zhyl", "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Tauelsizdigine 25 zhyl", "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl", "Kazakhstan Constitution 25 zhyl", "Kazakhstan Republikasyn Prosecutor's office 20 zhyl" .

He has also been repeatedly awarded departmental medals and awards from the National Security Committee, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs for exemplary performance of his official duties in ensuring law and order.

He is married and has four children.

He started his career in 2000 as a specialist in legal statistics and information at the Shymkent City Prosecutor's Office. He worked as a legal adviser to the Southern Regional Directorate of Telecommunications of Kazakhtelecom JSC.

In the period from 2001 to 2005, he held the positions of Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Arys district of South Kazakhstan region, Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of legality in the activities of state bodies of the Shymkent city Prosecutor's Office, Head of the Department for Supervision of legality of court decisions and enforcement proceedings in civil and administrative cases of the Shymkent city Prosecutor's Office.

In 2005-2010, he worked in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a senior prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the application of Laws in the financial and Credit sphere, Head of the Department for Supervision of the Application of Laws on Environmental Protection of the Department for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-Economic Sphere, Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General for Special Assignments-Secretary of the Coordinating Council of Law Enforcement Agencies Of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2010-2011, the prosecutor of the Saryarka district of Astana. From 2011 to 2016, Head of the Department, Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of Legality in the Socio-economic Sphere of the Prosecutor General's Office.

In 2016-2018, he served as the first Deputy prosecutor of the Aktobe region. Since 2018, he has held senior positions in commercial structures, and since 2020, he has been an adviser to the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2009-2010, as well as in 2011-2016, he served as the Official Representative of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
