Born in 1980, in the Kostanay region.
In 2001 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, in 2005 - the Karaganda Institute of Contemporary Education "Bolashak," in 2010 - the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Career:
He began his career in 1999-2001 at the Treasury Department for the Astana.
In 2001-2006 held various positions in the structures of the ministries of finance, economics and budget planning: from the chief specialist to the head of the department.
2006-2007 - Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Administration of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Statistics.
