Biography
Toleukhan Anuar Zhanbolatuly was born on 22 December 1988 in the village of Katon-Karagay, Katon-Karagay District, East Kazakhstan Region. Ethnicity: Kazakh.
After graduating from secondary school in 2007, he was admitted to D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University, Faculty of Mining and Metallurgy, majoring in Land Management, and graduated in 2011. In the same year, he enrolled at East Kazakhstan State University, majoring in Law, and graduated in 2013.
He began his professional career on 1 July 2011 at the State Institution “Department of Land Relations of Ulan District” as a land management specialist. From 20 April 2012, he served as Acting Chief Specialist, and from 30 July 2012 as Chief Specialist of the same department. From 15 February 2016, he served as Acting Head, and from 28 April 2016 as Head of the State Institution “Department of Land Relations of Ulan District”.
On 25 April 2019, he was appointed Head of the State Institution “Department of Land Relations of Kurchum District”. From 24 February 2020, he worked as Head of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Architecture, Construction, Roads and Transport of Kurchum District”.
From 27 September 2023 to 20 October 2025, he carried out entrepreneurial activities as an Individual Entrepreneur “Toleukhan”. From 9 December 2025 to the present, he has been serving as Acting Head for Investment Attraction at the Tourism Department of the East Kazakhstan Region.
