Biography
A.Kairbayev was born in 1992 in the village of Zhanakazaly , Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region.
He graduated from the D.Konaev Humanitarian University of Transport and Law in 2014 with a degree in law, in 2015 with a master 's degree in Law from the university, and in 2019 from the D.Konaev Eurasian Law Academy with a degree in finance.
He started his career in 2016 as an archivist of the State Revenue Department for the Kazalinsky district.
