Biography
She was born on September 8, 1972, in the village of Predgornoye, Glubokovsky District of East Kazakhstan Region.
She began her professional career in 1989 at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Pedagogy. In 1995, she graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in “History,” earning the qualification of “Historian-Sociologist, Teacher” and the academic degree of “Bachelor of History.”
She has been working in the system of public service since November 1998 — in the Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk city, the Department of Information and Public Accord, and the Department of Internal Policy. For the past four years, she served as Deputy Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk city for social affairs.
She has experience in the fields of internal and information policy, tourism, social protection, sports; monitoring of social processes; and organizing republican and international events.
