Shakirova Asem Amangeldykyzy was born on 11.11.1975 in Stepnogorsk, Akmola region.
She graduated from Kokshetau State University in 2007.Ualikhanov graduated from the specialty "customs business".
She started her career in 1992 as a packer for the Aksu division of Almas JSC;
