General information, education
Born in 1989 in the East Kazakhstan region. Graduated from Semey Medical University, Kazakh-American Free University.
He started his career in 2014 as a lecturer at the Department of Public Health at the Semey Medical University.
In 2014-2015, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of the Semey Medical University.
In 2015-2017, he worked as an officer of the military unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
Since February 2, 2018, he has been working as the head of the Department of Medical and Social Expertise No. 1. Ust-Kamenogorsk in the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the field of social protection of the population in East Kazakhstan region
