Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
(born August 19, 1979, Arkalyk) is a statesman of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since October 18, 2025 — Deputy Prosecutor General.
In 2000, he graduated with honors from the E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University.
The State Adviser of justice of the 3rd class.
In 2001-2010, he held various positions in the prosecutor's office, including Chief Specialist of the Astana Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutor and Senior Prosecutor of the Office for Supervision of the Legality of the Preliminary Investigation and Inquiry of the Prosecutor General's Office, Senior Assistant Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2012-2014, he was an adviser to the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial Police), First Deputy Head of the Department for Disclosure and Prevention of Corruption Crimes, Head of the Investigative Department.
In 2014-2016, he was a Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2016-2018, he was Deputy Director, then Director of the Interdepartmental Research Institute at the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2018-2019, he was Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the National Anti—Corruption Bureau of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January to July 2019, he was the Head of the Anti-Corruption Department (National Bureau) for the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2019-2021, he was the Head of the Department of the Agency for Combating Corruption in the city of Shymkent.
In 2021-2022 — Head of the Pre-trial investigation Service of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Anti-Corruption Service).
In 2022-2023 — Deputy Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Anti-Corruption Service).
From April 5, 2023 to June 2025 — Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency (Anti-Corruption Service).
On October 18, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the Order of "Aybin" I degree named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov,
the Order of "Aybin" II degree, as well as jubilee and departmental awards.
