Biography
Born in 1984 in the village of Daukara, Aiyrtau district, North Kazakhstan region. Graduated from the Kokshetau Institute of economics and management (Bachelor of Economics).
In 2006-2007, he worked as a specialist in the agricultural census department of the Statistics Department of the Akmola Region.
In 2008–2009, he was the chief specialist of the budget policy sector of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Kokshetau.

From 2023 to 2025, he served as Chief Specialist of the Strategic Planning and Tariff Policy Department of the Energy and Housing and Public Utilities Department of the Akmola Region.
