Biography
Born on April 21, 1988 in Arkalyk, Kostanay region. In 2013, he graduated from the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in law enforcement.
During various periods, he worked on the educational, regime and operational lines.
