Biography
Mubarak Yerdaulat Bekmuratovich was born on December 31, 1996, in Zhalagash District, Kyzylorda Region.
In 2019, he graduated from the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Construction with a degree in Architecture.
In 2022, he graduated from Kyzylorda University "Bolashak" with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He began his professional career in 2017 as Deputy Director of LLP "NS and K Service".
In 2019–2022 – KGU "Kyzylorda City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning" of the Akimat of Kyzylorda, Statistician.
In 2022–2023 – Assistant to the Akim of Kyzylorda City.
In 2023 – Deputy Head of KGU “Kyzylorda City Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Status Registration”.
In 2023–2024 – Deputy Head of the Department.
In 2024 – Chief Specialist of KGU “Kyzylorda City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning”.
In 2024–2025 – Head of Sector.
On September 3, 2025, by the order of the Akim of the city, he was appointed Head of KGU "City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning" of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
