Biography
A native of the Kostanay Region. He holds a higher education degree in law and graduated in 2000 from the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He began his career as a squad commander at the UK-161/12 institution of the Penal Enforcement System in Kostanay Region. He held various leadership positions, including operational roles, within the institutions of the criminal-executive system.
He also served as the Head of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System (DPES) for the Zhambyl Region.
His most recent position was Head of the DPES for the Kostanay Region.
