Biography
Born on August 1, 1978 in the Kokshetau region, graduated from the Almaty Technology and Business University with a degree in Economics, received a master's degree in Economics and Business from the Financial Academy.
1997-2000 - work in the fiscal bodies of Almaty and Almaty region
2000-2004 - service in the Financial Police Agency
2004-2018 - Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department and then Head of the Department of Internal Administration of Finance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2018-2021 - Director of the Department of Planning and Accounting of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
April 2021 - July 2022 - Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region for economics and finance
July 2023 - March 2025 - Director of the Department of Budget of Industry, Transport and Communications of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
