Barlybay Karimovich Sadykov began his diplomatic career in June 1993 as an Attaché in the Department of Europe and America at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Kazakhstan.
Over three decades of work in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of theRepublic of Kazakhstan, he has held various positions in the central office of the MFA and at Kazakhstan's diplomatic missions in India, Italy, Switzerland, the USA, Pakistan, Ethiopia, and Kenya.
