Biography
Ibraev Muratbek Karibaevich was born on July 25, 1969 in the city of Ayagoz, Semipalatinsk region. He graduated from the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya with a degree in History Teacher and the Kazakh State Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He began his career from 1992 to 2017, he worked in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the positions of operational management, police colonel. From 2017 to 2022, he worked as an adviser to the President of the Kazakh Financial Institute.
Since 2023, the head of the Communal State Institution "Mobilization Training and Mobilization Service" of the State Institution "Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Abai Region"
