Bakirov Askhat Bakirovich

Biography
Born on April 29, 1983 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Semipalatinsk region, Abralinsky district, Kainar village.
In 2004, he graduated from Semipalatinsk Shakarim University with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2011, he graduated from Semipalatinsk Shakarim State University with a degree in Construction. In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Innovation University with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 2001 in the regional newspaper "Desire of the Soul" from a layout designer to a technical director.
From January 2002 to March 2006, he held the position of assistant architect in the design firm Saulet Kurylys LLP.
From April 2006 to November 2006, he held the position of architect of SSK-XXI CENTURY LLP.
From January 2007 to November 2007, he held the position of architect of SemeyOtdelStroy LLP.
From November 2008 to February 2009, he held the position of a technical employee of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Semey.
From May 2009 to December 2011, he held the position of architect of the Abyraly-Degelen Foundation.
From February 2011 to January 2015, he held the position of director and architect in the design organization of Asyl–oy LLP.
From January 2015 to March 2015, he held the position of a technical employee of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Semey City.
From April 2015 to September 2021, he held the position of director and architect in the design organization of Asyl–oy LLP.
From December 2021 to April 2022, he held the position of Acting Deputy Head.
State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Semey".
From October 2022 to December 2022, he held the position of Acting Chief Specialist of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Abai Region.
From February 2023 to May 2024, he held the position of Head of the Capital Construction and Repair Department at GKP Teplokommunenergo.
From May 2024 to May 2025, he held the position of Director of the Semey-Saulet State University of the Semey city Akimat.
Since May 2025, he has held the position of director of the MSU "Regional Architectural Bureau" of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations of the Abai region".
He is also a deputy of the Maslikhat of Semey of the VIII convocation and a member of the Union of Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2023, he has been elected chairman of the Republican branch of the Union of Architects of the Abai region.
